Really slow service! My mother is 72 years of age and her back hurts from seating long periods. We have been here for nearly 2 hours. I made an edit Customer service is good. I came back the next day since we had issues to take care of.

Really slow and the cashier in the front is super rude! The people working here are also not very knowledgeable so do your research before conducting business with these people.

Use for ATM

The population is more than 100,000 inhabitants, the majority work 13 hours/6 days a week, so that there is only one bank branch working on Saturdays and 2 pardons working for the more than 200 people who show up on Saturdays and who need the service. . The service can improve a lot.

Please do something with your ATMs, they are terrible... When I want to deposit, it only accepts a few bills and returns the rest, they are not scratched or in poor condition. I go to another ATM and the same way I go from ATM to ATM until I complete the amount to deposit, it is not the first time there are already several... change them or correct them but do something it is a lot of waste of time...
