It is very rare that I have had a good experience in this branch, I think the problem is that they are not well organized, sometimes the line does not advance and I have lasted almost 2 hours waiting to be served. There is supposed to be a window for higher transactions, but it turns out that in the other windows preference is also always given to those people who come from companies, so that all those who come to collect their money from work or to do something not a very large deposit, they will always go last, I think that the window they made for company transactions is the one that these people should use exclusively, it is supposed to be for that and not invade the other few that there are and that we have left, There are people who have a lot waiting and have commitments and it is better if they are forced to leave since almost all the windows are busy with people who make large transactions, these are bad experiences for me. The service that the girls give when attending is good, there is nothing to say about it, they are very nice. This is not intended to upset anyone, take it as a suggestion. Thanks in advance.
The times I've been there it took more than 2 hours to cash a check (very long line), that is if all the staff who work in that place serve you very well and are very friendly.
