They just made me close an account at another bank to open one with them... 3 times they made me waste time just to open an account... and in the end they could not and did not admit that they gave me incorrect information, wasting time and causing inconvenience that they could avoid me! They are not professionals!!! Really lousy service! They do not value any comments! What they answered is a mere lie to save face!

Bad service in ATMs almost 40% of the times that they are inoperative to make deposits

Rude cashiers, they are lazy to attend, there is no entrance for the disabled, they distinguish between clients and do not solve any problem.

Very good, now they serve much better. More for your employees
