Excellent treatment from the staff, from the entrance, with executives and cashier

They have not addressed the problem with their alarm siren for 2 weeks. It activates at inappropriate times and sometimes all night. Extremely annoying...!!

This is a branch that I really like, first of all because it is in a very good location. It is wide. Gives a good image and builds confidence. I arrived very early... to be able to do my paperwork. On the ticket they gave me, it said that I would wait a maximum of 15 minutes... which was actually 39 minutes. I was desperate, why did I have to get to work... but I forgot everything when the guy who served me was very, very kind. He's patient with us, and he does everything in a way that shows he knows his job. I want to congratulate this Branch because I left satisfied with my process. The worst time I have ever spent in a bank just to make a deposit. More than 1 1/2 hrs. Poorly organized, they bring in people who are not trained. Terrible organization very very bad
