Absolute rip off and fraud for foreign card holders. It gave me two options, one in pesos at an abysmal exchange rate and one in USD. I clicked USD option which was a fair market value exchange rate and it automatically converted at the poor exchange rate of 18 pesos per USD. It basically stole 500 pesos from me. Never ever again will I use this ATM or bank that tries to rip people off.

I left my card at the ATM, I went the next day to get it back and they had destroyed it. And they blamed me for not going earlier. They put me in a very big bind. They ruined my trip.

There are good services and friendly staff, the place is clean, only during the fortnight is the service very slow
