Terrible service. I want to cancel a business account and they have made me leave 4 times now. Each time, it turns out that there is a balance (when the previous time they made me pay it). A man named Jorge Alvarado (it seems that he is the "boss" gives me his cell phone to let me know when my procedure is ready. I write to him via WA, I call him and he does not answer. As I go, he tells me that "he did not see it" And so on... I'll go for the fifth time. Let's see if I'm lucky.

The staff has no idea what they are doing. There have already been 3 times that different procedures have not been resolved and I have to go to another branch or do the procedure online. There is a lot of staff turnover and apparently those who enter do not receive adequate training.

It says that they open on Saturday and it is not true, there are previous comments where they say that they are going to solve it and they did nothing. It's September 9 and that comment is from June, don't say it opens on Saturday if that's going to be a lie.
