It's ridiculous that they make you turn your hat around and want to keep you waiting without using your cell phone, especially when it takes them so long to serve you. The digital shifts are useless, they still make you wait a long time, I had to wait more than 40 minutes just to pick up a card

I have been changing my account type for years and the change is not made nor the maximum amount I can have is updated. On one occasion I took out a dollar card and it didn't work. Terrible attention, I took out an SME account and they forgot to ask me for a signature, and they made me finish the process again because otherwise I wouldn't be able to use my terminal. They made me waste 3 hours, then I went to ask some questions about my account, and their service was so bad that I ended up canceling. Ban Regio is much better than BBVA because at BBVA they send you from one place to another and the executives have very bad attention. One has a ticket to pass and other people pass by preference.
