BBVA added official information to every branch in Google maps to appear as "reliablie". You can see here that users experience is very different from BBVA's own perception. Just to add a little balance to the equation.BTW I am a customer and never given any trouble to the bank. But they have never given anything in return, so might possibly change to a better one that considers customers as such.

Terrible service, they charge you insurance that you do not authorize and then no one assists you. They bring you back and forth and they don't solve anything. It's a robbery, you open an account with them to keep your money safe and they steal it themselves
