Terrible service, the director of this bank could not solve anything regarding my rep. As for the card, despite having my INE, it asked me for two other identifications. I have gone to another succ. where they went out of their way to solve my problem. He complained about me to my boss "for being rude" when I only told him something could be done. Provide a solution to the client, and more humanity please.

It was in service for a long time, then they removed it and now they put it back. I like to go here because they serve very quickly and efficiently. The bad thing is that if you want to use the ATM when the bank is closed it is very dangerous since the area is very exposed, it seems to me, so it doesn't hurt to take precautions when going to the ATM at this branch.
