This branch has the worst service of the Bancomer in the Area. They do not respect turns in line. Waiting times are exaggerated (more than two hours!). The slow desk executives at the entrance do not give you a turn if you are going to pass by desk executives. Therefore you have to wait in line like at social security. The worst care of the worst

Terrible service from the employees. I was there for a little over half an hour and the staff that was at the door didn't even attend to me. They only said that they would sit me down and they didn't support me at all because according to him, it was none of the business of the person who serves that they open early if instead of serving you want to have breakfast first

Bad service in this branch and in the one in Loreto, they do not agree on the amount to get a card, they contradict the information on the internet and that of the help line, I just wasted my time and the best thing was to get my card in another bank.
