I used my Australian debit card in theirs ATM, I got the withdrawal and voucher but the card not. The ATM show an offline message. I asked the general manager to return my card using my passport and voucher, they only offered to destroy in front on me the card. I use that card in Colombia, Perú, Brazil, Dubai, Panamá without problem. This is truly a bad experience in BBVA Bancomer/México.
Terrible attention from all the staff, they do not give solutions, they make you call the BBVA line and those on the line mention that the branch should provide a solution. In short, they don't give a solution anywhere, it's been 20 days and they can't clarify a deposit for me due to "communication problems." The manager's attention is arrogant, despotic and disinterested in providing solutions and instructions.
They work from Monday to Friday, they close at 4 pm... Recommendation: do not go to that branch.
The service of the executives is below average. The service of the male employee who greets you is terrible, zero kindness and empathy. Today I went to do an urgent procedure and they had no system and their response was "we don't know when he will return." It is unnerving to have to do a procedure at this specific branch, because, even if there are few people, the executives take a long time to pass to the people, even if they are unoccupied. It's a real shame because it's the one closest to my work. The worst thing is that it greatly stains BBVA's reputation in general and I considered changing banks just because of this inconvenience. I hope this branch improves a lot and quickly due to its location, it is very necessary. Train staff to provide better customer service.
