Very dirty in the cashier area

I don't like that they get smart with the people who are the most vulnerable on the ranch. They come with many sacrifices from afar, to the bank to open an account and after leaving all tired, hungry, and there is no doubt about pain, fatigue, dehydration, to arrive at the bank after 1:00 p.m. The current time on the website is 8:00am-4:00pm. and them

Good facilities and a waiting time still within reason. At least on the times that I have had to attend the branch.

Excellent service from the workers. In addition, they have many ATMs that speed up movements.

The service is very slow... especially during the fortnight, they give preference to those who have preferential accounts until the service becomes discriminatory :-(
