They asked me at the entrance my procedure (1.30 pm) I explained it. They gave me a shift with executives, I spent until 2.30pm. I commented on my procedure and they explained to me and offered various promotions that I did not want or require. Finally (there) they told me that this was online and an executive could no longer do it (3.10pm). I went out to tell the person at the entrance and he told me by phone, they attended me for 25 minutes and that it was not in that line (of theft or loss) but in customer service. They had to notify me again and then they authorized me to go to the cashier, taking the respective turn because it did not matter that they had made a mistake, entertaining me with procedures and people who did not correspond (because it seems they do not know their own system). 4.20 pm I finished the process.
