Some real thieves. I went to visit Spain and tried to withdraw money from a BBVA ATM (€500!), when asked by the ATM if I agreed with the commission for the currency exchange, I canceled the operation because I thought it was an incredibly abusive commission. Well, the operation was canceled and the ATM did not extract the money but they deducted it from my checking account anyway (more than $12,000 MX). After the complaint in the Spanish branch, they gave me a receipt where all the movements of the ATM were recorded as proof that the ATM never dispensed the money that was deducted from me, BBVA bancomer ignored this receipt of movements (in addition to ignoring emails from the Spanish bank branch itself) and they never paid me the digitally stolen money.

Bad service, many people do not respect the healthy distance, they do not allow deposits at the window when the cashiers are unoccupied

The parking lot is small, but they have good customer service

Good service but sometimes they can't cope with the people.
