Terrible service in this branch, they never warn me, they serve me so badly, I am a BBVA customer and it is the first time I have gone to this branch and they have non-acting staff. It was a young man with a beard and a girl with glasses were at the entrance, I was just taking my mother to that they activated the notifications for the application and he treated us very rudely until he took our cell phone from us. The bank was empty since Saturday morning, the practice swallowed the money that was for payment to a credit card. Today, Monday the 17th, I went to the branch early in the morning. As soon as they opened, they made me fill out a form. They told me. that would make the cut. Afterwards they told me that I could withdraw and that halfway through they would make the deposit to my card. Totally passed midday, I went at 3:00 pm and by order of the manager they would make the cut until tomorrow... when my payment date was today for the last payment... I mean, how little reliability I will have when using the Practice, they give you your money back as much as they want without caring about the interest that not paying on time will generate!! Terrible execution by the Manager.

Only one executive to attend, one and you have to wait because if you don't have a cool card, they will pass you until the end!!
