Very bad attention from those who are outside supporting
They don't know how to answer the questions they are asked and they don't know how to solve the problem, all they say is take a turn for the window or pass with an executive.
They were sending me from one place to another because they didn't know what to do.
In the end they sent me again with an executive to give me a solution
It took a total of 3 hours and the problem was solved in less than 2 minutes.
The time it takes to wait is because they are in the executive area or they are talking, oh they are on the phone
Terrible service, lazy staff even drag their feet when walking, everything is very slow in this bank and in the lines they put friends better and one stays waiting for more than the approximate time that is 54 minutes.
In the executive area it takes hours to serve, they spend their time giving preference to acquaintances, when that is not the case, they are just talking wasting time among themselves. It is the worst possible service you can offer!
so that so many executive boxes if only two attend.
But there is no other choice, it is the only BBVA bank in Jojutla 🫤.
Place with a good number of ATMs and practices, 24-hour ATM services, and with hours from 9 am. to 4 p.m. From Monday to Friday, service is very standard, like in any other bank, nothing exceptional.
