The facilities are good, but they should improve in terms of the staff, that is, they should be empathetic and patient with customers, not everyone has the ability to learn how to operate an ATM, especially older adults. They are a bit slow at the window but friendly

Terrible service, the executives are too slow to serve, you wait more than an hour, they leave the customer waiting too long and they just go around and around doing nothing.
