ATMs are almost always working but the attention with advisors is terrible, even if you take a turn if someone arrives after you and breaks in, they take care of you and make you wait.

Terrible and what follows after one hour and fifteen minutes my turn never appeared. And there was only one person besides me. Don't go, the attention is disastrous.

It's nothing in particular with this branch, but in general the service at BBVA is very bad, recently at another branch it took 45 minutes to get an appointment, and in total it took 3 hours to make a payment. Since I am not a client of the bank, I got the series that they serve the least and between those who arrive with an appointment and those who are clients, the series I got did not move. If you can avoid coming to this bank, do so, because you are going to waste a lot of time. I have an account in Banamex and it is not the fastest bank in the world and although it does give preference to its clients, I have never spent more than an hour doing any procedure, not to mention that they have a fast cash register that regardless of whether you are a client or not. If you are going to do only one moment for less than 15 thousand pesos, they will assist you and this greatly speeds up the progress of the shifts. Anyway, I'm just letting off steam by waiting an hour and a half and counting for them to attend to me.
