Terrible service. 3 hours just to open account!!!

Bad experience and found my visit unhelpful and a waste of time. Would open an account elsewhere.

Appalling. I took out health insurance, they charged me several monthly payments and in the end it did not cover the things they promised me so they did not refund me. A lot of false information throughout the process. I ended up canceling the insurance and losing money. A theft.

The place is great, the service when there are not many people is excellent and they are friendly people, the problem is that I went to have my account upgraded and what they did was delete my account from the app and make a new registration, delete my number cell phone and put it back on, thanks to that I can't access my internet banking for an hour inside the branch so they wouldn't do what I asked them and I would end up doing at my house what they couldn't
