BBVA Almanara Bank, super functional and with great care in cleaning and customer service.
They are located in 3 ATMs and 3 practices that are open 24/7.
Terrible service, I arrived at 1:16 p.m. and it turns out that service is very slow and to top it all off, if you don't have an account or card, they don't serve you quickly. The girl told me that only those who have an account or card are given preferential service. It doesn't seem fair to me, whether you have one or not, they should give you the same treatment. I have to return to my workplace and it's time that they still don't treat me.
I have been a lifelong client of BBVA in Spain and they are characterized by excellent service, but here in Mexico, the service policy for potential clients is disastrous. We in Mexico still don't have a bank account because we just arrived, but I assure you that I never plan to become a client at BBVA. On Friday I had to urgently pay a fee from the Secretary of Foreign Affairs in some bank, I went to the BBVA in Plaza Almanara and after waiting 45 minutes for them to serve me, I asked why it took so long, that I only had to pay one thing in window and they told me that, since I was not a customer, everyone would pass before me😳 THIS IS WHAT I CALL NOT HAVING A BUSINESS VISION, if potential customers are treated this badly, I don't even want to be part of this bank. I don't know who the BVA depends on in Mexico but I hope it's not a Spaniard because they are leaving the name of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria at the level of the sole of their shoes. Afterwards I went to Citibanamex and in 4 minutes of the clock they attended to me, with a smile and wanting me to open an account with them and I will do so.
Cashiers in the slow cashier area and do not pay attention to the customer's instructions, they just spend their time talking, they refuse to provide basic services, I liked bbva for the attention, but more and more they seem like a government office, as if it were a favor
