Terrible service!
More than an hour and a half waiting for our turn to be delivered at the entrance. Two executives attending to people "who had procedures from previous days" without respecting the assigned shifts. The manager was absent and when she returned to her cubicle she said she served only preferred customers. It's a shame about that branch, really all of us users were upset and they decided to say that "that's how it was." I hope they supervise, before they had excellent attention and service.
Executives do not respect shifts. I got to the bank and there wasn't a single person there. Even so, they entertained me for 1.5 hours passing people WHO DID NOT HAVE A PRINTED TURN.
I went to the same procedure three times at the desk. Cashiers do not provide services, rather they put up obstacles or do not share information in a timely manner.
If I could, I would give it 0 stars, terrible service, very slow to work, staff standing around doing nothing instead of giving them a computer and streamlining the procedures.
