It is REPREHENSIBLE as "executives" who, although they have the pressure to cover quotas, also receive a Base Salary that obviously corresponds to customer service, try to place their financial products based on lies and in a mandatory manner.
I say, if in the end their only job or function is to sell, better make them commission agents without a base salary. Because as long as this continues to happen, the users of these services will continue to look for other options with the competition.
Both cards expired, debit and credit. I cancel them and request a replacement... At the moment I don't have my INE so I brought my professional ID. But for the bank the only valid thing is the INE, neither ID nor passport or anything. Otherwise they will send you to an agent and it is an odyssey of several days and many hours to get at least one card replaced... Terrible... Please recommend another bank...
An incredible waste of time to be in this branch (and in any other of this same bank), the 2 individuals (a girl and a boy) who receive you SUPER LOUD, if you do not hire what they offer you they will spoil you.
I accompanied my father to open an account, they asked us for his INE and according to them "my father already had an account" and in order to open the one we needed, the supposed "active" account had to be canceled, after all, said active account was in the name of another person who for NOTHING coincided with my father's name 😒, behold the incompetence of both.
And the attention from the executives.............terrible 😠.
The treatment of the executives is not the best... additionally the system fails and they do not have service and/or they do not want to print account statements
