Your manager or director on duty is disgusting, glued to her cell phone as if her life was going away. I had a problem with the account and he says he doesn't believe me. Unfortunately I didn't take the photos but please how can they have such a rude and zero empathetic branch manager. Help me with some customer service courses.

Terrible service from the Manager today on duty, despotic, rude. The lady at the entrance was very kind and assisted me. I wanted to do some paperwork, change my payroll and process a credit account. Unfortunately, it was going to be closing and the accessible paperwork lady was assisting me, until the manager arrived and questioned her work and kicked me out of the branch. Seriously, Bancomer hires people with such little ethics and respect for their employees and clients. 09/15/2021

The attention for the ATM area is excellent, you go by quickly considering the number of people and if you have doubts about making a payment, the executives will guide you. As for accessing the bank, the truth is that it takes an eternity, it takes more than an hour, once you enter their attention is excellent, the branch of the Galerías las Ánimas shopping center beats it since you spend there in a matter of minutes and you are already out . But overall it's a good branch.
