Personally, very good, the treatment was very punctual and accurate, the appointment was by phone and I waited a little but the attention was precise, fast, friendly and personalized.

It is incredible that over-the-counter deposits are no longer allowed and only 2 of their practices work. Today I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes because a lady couldn't make the payment even with the help of the bank assistant! They need another system to streamline deposits, just having the practices available is NOT functional.

I lost my cell phone and card on my trip, as well as my identification. SAD that they don't want to help you or by printing a document. I did not have access to my online banking because I lost all my information and only had my passport. I asked them for help to print a copy of my INE and they told me that they could not do that when in other branches they never ask you for anything printed. They argue that everything is already digital and there is no point in asking you for a printed sheet of paper. -_-
