Inefficient and disastrous service. Half a process per call and half trying to convince them to give you a pass with an executive for processes that could be so easy.

There is still a need for further development in terms of account data management, since sometimes there is loss of data in the system which results in having to update data.

It is a shame that their facilities are beautiful if the staff in the branch is poor and slow and does not worry about the delay with their clients, an hour passes after I was assigned a shift, endless lines daily, it is one. Very bad experience going to this branch.
