Terrible service, we are still waiting before November for a card that has expired and my father-in-law, due to immigration status, cannot go home. We are in Texas and with a notarized letter from the Mexican consulate and identification presented in person, they still do not resolve us and we are already a few days away. at the end of January and I went twice to bring them stationery. Please solve it, it's been a long time, my father-in-law needs his pension!!!!

They don't give you a turn and you have to wait too long because they pass on to more people before you even if you arrived earlier

I only used an ATM but it was very fast

Horrible service, they are slower than my grandpa. More than an hour of waiting for a deposit.
