If you go to any business with an executive, you have to wait

They have to get up and go round and round, they go to see their partner near or far and after a while they call the next one.
#BBVA already gives another bank the opportunity to receive VOLUNTARY contributions from the parent, to enroll a student!! If without these movements this slow service and attention, and with the contributions, it gets DIFFICULT!!

The cashiers are the same or worse, their token/turn selection system is a joke,

The lady at the entrance who is in line to give you a token is useless.
Three hours in formation and when my turn arrived he told me that I had to enter some information (I didn't have a pen) I told him that and he told me I don't have any. Go put them on and re-train after being trained for 3 hours. Terrible attention, train that USELESS!
It is a branch with terrible service, there is no healthy distance due to covid, its employees are despotic and arrogant. Look for other banking alternatives.
