Terrible attention from the two ladies at the entrance. It is the first time I have gone to this branch and unlike others I have visited, the service at the entrance is too slow, in addition to the fact that there are few staff at the checkout desk to assist. I was waiting just over an hour for the 6 turns I had to wait to pass.
Being a banking institution, they should have better attention from the person who has access to the facilities, they are providing a service, they are not being asked for a favor. When opening an account in the institution and having to go to do a procedure, most of the time it is not by choice, if they receive you badly and do not give you guidance (which is why they are there) they delay a procedure. Apart from this inconvenience, the people in the boxes are very helpful and efficient
Good service from its cashier and reception staff, and thanks to its application, taking digital shifts saves a lot of time in the long lines that are generated at the main door.

The branch has air conditioning.
