The branch is large, however it is not enough to avoid the long lines at least at the ATMs, even though in the practical ones the waiting time is a little less, good location in the center of the city, at the moment I have not had a problem by going there.
Terrible service. The employees don't even know what's up and they just send them from one place to another because they don't even know how to respond to requests.
I love the bank, it is very great, it has everything you need, the executives and the people they serve are very friendly, they answer all the questions. I love the application without all the services they represent.
More than an hour per person to be able to spend with an executive to fix something that they themselves left wrong on a previous visit. Terrible!! Not to mention they have made me come back and wait longer... And they are clear information about my problem that they generated. If that happens with your clients, how are those who are not clients doing... Terrible service.
