The tellers at the window are completely useless and they give you any excuse not to serve you close to closing time, nothing good treatment or good service

Good attention and willingness of the workers who provide their willingness and understanding, my respects to them.

Bad experience with the bank since eller was a fortnight and the money was not reflected to me, the system is slow and saturated and until today they have not paid me

Appointments are given 15 minutes before closing time. I arrived and a young lady who had just taken her last shift told me if I wanted to wait in line in case you would be able to get through. I obviously see a lot of people behind me, and 3 before me did not pass.

Bad service, very slow, they can't keep up with the line and if that weren't enough, they put in a digital shift
