Bad service, bad experience One would think that because it is a bank in the plaza it would be less crowded and would be faster, but it is not. I take out a digital shift, I arrive and they tell me that there is no digital shift that doesn't work yet in that branch. I arrive and there were no customers, I thought I'll get out of here very quickly because they had 3 executives at the window. I take my number and sit down to wait 5 minutes, no one speaks to me. 3 more minutes pass, a second person arrives, takes a turn and sits next to me. 5 more minutes pass, a third person arrives, takes a turn and sits down to wait. From the time I arrived until now, 15 minutes had passed... what was my surprise that the 3 shifts appeared on the screen and they put me at the end of the 3 when I had arrived first. I got up I talked to the guy at the entrance and he told me that it's because they have a preferential account (I have a preferential account) I said well I hope nothing happens... error !! I was waiting for about half an hour to be served (even when I was the first to arrive and there was not a single customer) I get to the window to get dollars and the executive, I guess, tells me again, let me see if there are dollars, it took another 10 minutes to go to "get dollars" Bad service, bad attention, waste of time, many employees just walking around, the manager saw everything (since she was also doing nothing and didn't even come to ask if everything was okay) If you want to waste your time and get angry, it is the perfect branch. I'm not coming back!
