I want to congratulate the staff of this bank, especially Ms. Arcelia, who opened a Link Card for us for a scholarship that my son won from BBVA, after having gone to three branches and having been denied showing unpleasant customer service, we arrived at this branch in which Arcelia behaved up to the mark. giving us a solution and very good treatment. BBVA must replicate this talent and humanism that Arcelia showed throughout its staff. Greetings!
I want to give great recognition to this work team for their attention and especially to the executive Arcelia, who helped us in a Link Card process for my son's scholarship from BBVA. After having gone to two other branches in which they treated us badly and without giving us a solution, we met this angel (Arcelia) who behaved up to the task, giving us a solution.
For me, the best bank, it has the best application of all and nothing additional to ask for in service.
In general I can say that the branch is clean and attentive, I have not had to wait too long for attention.
I was waiting in line for more than an hour, when my turn came they told me that they couldn't help me because my procedure was only done from Monday to Friday (it's Saturday) and so I went to another branch (Plaza Patria) and in 10 minutes I They solved my problem... I don't know if it was ignorance or they just didn't want to help me but that is very bad branch service
