It is noteworthy that the bank itself promotes the use of ATMs, I imagine it is to save employees' salaries, but it is incredible that the ATMs do not receive coins and that the client has to carry bills and many of these bills they do not want. receive even if they are in good condition. There are ATMs that, in order to ensure that the numbers that the user is typing cannot be seen, nor can the user himself see what he is typing. I wish they could fix that keyboard protector and make it more practical.

I want to congratulate the staff of this bank, especially Ms. Arcelia, who opened a Link Card for us for a scholarship that my son won from BBVA, after having gone to three branches and having been denied showing unpleasant customer service, we arrived at this branch in which Arcelia behaved up to the mark. giving us a solution and very good treatment. For me, the best bank, it has the best application of all and nothing additional to ask for in service. In general I can say that the branch is clean and attentive, I have not had to wait too long for attention.

I was waiting in line for more than an hour, when my turn came they told me that they couldn't help me because my procedure was only done from Monday to Friday (it's Saturday) and so I went to another branch (Plaza Patria) and in 10 minutes I They solved my problem...
