Please update your info on this post, your schedule is not correct this branch does not open on saturdays.

It is a very reliable bank, I go whenever I need to because the ATMs are open 24/7, sometimes they do not receive checks correctly but other than that it is a great bank with very good customer service

My experience is always terrible at this branch. They don't have enough executives. Their processes are manual and very bad, they make lists by hand of which client is next, and obviously it is not a real control. They always have chaos. They only have 1 executive for companies. If you come to this branch you need a LOT of patience and at least 3 hours. I don't recommend it. On one occasion I had an appointment at 8:30 am and the executive arrived at 10 am due to a “personal problem.” Very badly.

Terrible service from the Director and her team, the most discouraging thing is that they are “the ones responsible” for providing you with decent attention. Could you please tell me where I can file a recommendation/complaint?

Can't they update the schedules on Google? I come from Naples where it said that the branches were closed on Saturdays and I arrived here and guess what, it is closed and Naples is open. A lot of technology to find one of these signs.
