There was a couple who had just arrived and an attendant came to greet them IN FRONT OF ME. I looked at him angrily and he asked me what my service was and I explained that it was to open a salary account and he informed me that I SHOULD WAIT FOR SERVICE and went to assist the couple who had just arrived, apparently with high purchasing power, judging by the costumes and jewelry. Recommendation: don't wear shorts and sandals, because the security guard will just jump on you and call you a bum. That's what I felt the second time I went there, now to check an access problem with my salary account and try to withdraw a residual amount there was. Damn the time when I decided to wear shorts and sandals, right there when distrust was in the air. As incredible as it may seem, I was served quickly, but the attendant was not very friendly. Three times he said that there was no value in the account and he also didn't want to give me my account statement, since they didn't give me any card, didn't help me register any password or even help me log into the bank app. After a few minutes trying to convince the attendant to give me my own account statement, she magically discovered that there was an amount to be withdrawn, and said that only the manager could deliver the amount, so far so good, I asked if I could go directly to the manager's counter and she said yes because she was already aware, when I approached the counter the security guard stopped me and shouted: 'Hey boy, she's not here yet, sit down and she's coming' all The world inside the bank turns to see what is happening and I felt quite embarrassed by the situation, the bank manager was the only one who treated me more or less. As I said: avoid wearing just shorts and sandals and a shirt, wear pants, nice shoes and a long-sleeved shirt, that way they might treat you better.
Slow service, four management counters and only one attending and for a change the woman is not quick with the procedure. It is simply regrettable to generate outrage

Today, May 19, 2022, I went to the branch to close the account, the security guard told me to contact an attendant, as my branch is in Rio Grande do Sul and he didn't know if it was closed in São Luís-MA, I went to a attendant, whose name I don't know (black hair tied up, works at the first table) to inform me, the same one, in the GREATEST ILL WILL AND LACK OF PATIENCE, heard ROLLING HER EYES AND Huffing and said that she didn't close someone else's account I was there and that I would have to go there in person to close, I informed her that it would be impossible, as I live in São Luís, and she said that I would have to call my agency, even the client who was at her table noticed the lack of attention and rudeness of the attendant. I called the South agency and guess what? They said that I had to go to a NEAREST branch in person in São Luís to close the account and that there is no such thing, closing an account can be done at ANY AGENCY! They make us waste time, waste gas, lose patience and even our education, because it can drive anyone seriously! She is there working BECAUSE she WANTS TO! NO ONE FORCED HER! Lack of respect for the customer and commitment to the area they represent, SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC! He doesn't know how to give simple correct information, he doesn't know how to look the customer in the face with attention and respect, he doesn't know how to communicate, he doesn't know how to "solve" a basic problem, he doesn't even know what he's doing there, apparently.
