The dealership doesn't have or have enough mechanics from time to time. They take very long periods to provide a solution e.g., it took 3 months for a minor repair due to the lack of mechanics. The overall after-sales service It's really bad. It's worth mentioning that salesfloor is completely the opposite, the salesmans are polite and provide all the requested information.

They do know how to treat clients well from the minute you walk in to drop off till you come back to pick up your wheels. Daniel Villasenor was my " asesor" and every time my car goes with them it's a pleasant experience. The only thing and it's not a complaint but rather and area to pay more attention washing a car is I believe very straightforward no science mine came out not so clean and always comes out with a funky smell in the interior 3 times on a row maybe I'm more picky but they should come out spotless and smelling nice or not smell at all.
