Good service, helpful, speak some spanglish, bit expensive, friendly staff, David does a half marathon every day, update: Had appointment 20th March for BMW to carry out adjustments to front and rear wheel alignment and check negative camber on rear wheels on my X5, after one and half hours waiting the technician advised that the rear coil springs were the problem and could not make any adjustments, surprise surprise my X5 is E53 model 2006 it has air suspension, this technician works in your garage and i pay top rates for this person who does not know what he is talking about, result is over the past few months there has been an accumulation of wrong diagnostics from this technician, because i have a mechanical background i have been able to dismiss his advice, however at this point i have lost confidence on the services you provide, i am currently looking for another garage to carry out the BMW specialist works.

MINI in service , waiting in dark showroom, presented folders no more recent than 2018 (!) sales personal very un interested in waiting guests !! workshop service Ok, (bougies not in stock?!) ------------------ The owner now reacts as stung by a bumble be, instead of looking trough his own showroom with a professional eye (goblet for 'best service' 2001 !!, stuck under the stairs, unlit ?! magazines at guests reading table 2019 [it's 2021 today]?! etc. ..) Be a good sport .. don't shoot the messenger ..
