Last weekend I had the opportunity to visit your store. I share my experience... I have never received such bad treatment. The previous times that I have gone, it is very rare to find 2 people from the store there on the floor, so to speak, during the noon shift Miss Claudia is the most despotic and arrogant person, she denies you the merchandise, she doesn't know when they supply them and somehow her attitude towards the client is terrible. On the other hand, Miss Estela does not do more, so in the most attentive way I ask you to review your staff, it greatly damages the image of your store. I really like the brand, but if I happen to see them there on another visit, I prefer not to go there and go to another branch. There are several of us who have filed a complaint and somehow they are still there. Please don't dismiss the comments.

My girlfriend and I just had a very unpleasant experience at the Midtown branch. The cashier/manager with long black hair first wanted to sell us a more expensive model when we clearly told her which one we were looking for. Upon realizing this, my girlfriend told her that we wanted the others, to which the lady made a gesture of quite displeasure without caring that we were right there. It is not the first time that we go to that branch and perceive the negative attitude of the same employee.
