The ATM charged my credit card even though I cancelled the withdrawal. Basically charging you for putting your card in and taking it out. Feels like a scam…
The people are very nice, and the waiting time is relatively short if you go early in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff are not very good at their job.. I opened a bank account online and went to this branch to verify my identity. I had to go back three times, because the employee didn't understand how to verify the identity with a foreign ID + NIE. Then I didn't receive the credentials for accessing my bank account online/ in the app. I went back there, and the employee assured me I would receive a text message with a code immediately, which of course I didn't. After calling customer service I got the text within seconds, so I must assume the employee messed up again. I was also supposed to receive some money for opening the account, as I was invited by a friend, but so far neither my friend nor me received anything. I hope this will get solved soon.

very bad service - I went to ask if I could open an account for my company and they told me they did not want foreigners as clients -- So funny :)

They don’t reply emails or pick the calls at all. Have been trying to reach them for almost a month from abroad but no single reply ever received
