Throughout the week they have opened the office from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. “for the Merced festival”??? And what does the party on Saturday the 24th have to do with why they are only open 3 hours a day? People queuing on the street to get in and the girls inside chattering saying that they can't even open the door.

I transferred some BBVA shares to another bank with the intention of selling them and left the cc with 1 euro. 3 months later I receive a letter with a negative balance of 64 euros. They did not close my securities account and this has generated debts. They did not offer me closure nor did they inform me that this would generate expenses. Finally I paid 84 euros and closed the account. Next destination consumer office, thank you for wasting my time and money.

In the middle of the pandemic, 11 people in a 4 m2 cubicle, terrible service, only two people to attend to, the manager believes that God can get up from his chair and help, he is rude, BBVA has earned the fame it deserves every day.
