Very bad experience

Helpful as always.

Every time I go to this office I feel mistreated by the lady at the checkout and I leave feeling like they spared me my life. Elderly people who can't even sit down when they are served at the till, with a partition 80 cms from the ground which means that we literally have to put our heads down to be able to speak, endless queues for tills, non-existent ramp... Zero empathy and sympathy. Deplorable and unfortunate customer service.

They offer misleading advertising, they offer you 150 euros to open a payroll account and they do not pay it to you after calling several times, several managers assist you and they do not solve the problem, you make a complaint letter and they tell you that the promotion is not accepted, having met all the requirements to have the bonus. What a way to attract customers with this MISLEADING ADVERTISING. This way they will be left without clients.

bad service Bad customer service. They charge you commissions to breathe and they just want you to go to another entity. In the case of this branch, there is a railing at the entrance that limits access to disabled people both inside and at the cashier outside. I do not recommend this bank to anyone
