I went this morning to withdraw money from the ATM of this office and I witnessed how the worker with the bangs, so to speak, treated some elderly ladies with absolute contempt and without any education. He had an arrogant, haughty attitude and lacked humanity. It is incomprehensible that this individual continues working. I have never witnessed such bad treatment. Tell the neighbors that if they have the opportunity to go to another office, they should do so. I would tell the worker to look at his attitude because he has a serious problem.
Good afternoon. I am writing this to complain about the humiliating treatment that this office gives us. I'm going to make a deposit. How is it 1:00 p.m. I HAVE TO DO IT THROUGH THE CASHIER. Please I ask the only worker if he could help me with one thing. What was my surprise? He answers that he has orders not to leave the table. That's humanity. I wonder if I were his mother, would I do the same thing? He had done everything right except the amount in this bank, you put the money then the amount. I have had a solution for a client who was going to enter. The bank worker. It is undignified that he is working. This way. I don't know who is to blame, BBVA or politics. It's embarrassing in our current years. The values are being lost. And thank you for the Lord who has helped me. There are still few good people left. Bad experience.
It's a shame that at 11 in the morning you can't do anything except for the cashier, just an operator who keeps telling you that he isn't there for those needs and that he was alone, we had to be attended by a man who was going to operate in said cashier after half an hour.
Lucky for BBVA not having assets in that entity, it would have canceled them ipso facto and for the residents of El Alquian, Retamar, etc. to think about it a little bit that online banking is for these needs with better results.
It is a real shame what we experienced this morning.
Waiting for an answer.
Very good treatment and decisive. I had a problem with another entity and they gave me all the facilities and explanations possible until they found a solution to what I needed. Very thankful.
Avoid this Bank because of the treatment of the ATM. The cashier who has recently graduated from training - or in training - who attends the BBV cashier is absolutely repellent. With her long bangs, she attends with an attitude of contempt and arrogance and air of superiority. Shows no interest in helping customers. It is unfortunate that this individual (so to speak) has a job in customer service. He could use a job cleaning a sewer. Avoid that bank and that individual at all costs.
The teller at BBV treats customers very badly. Evidently just out of training or doing an internship, he struts about with his long bangs feeling superior and entitled. It is unbelievable that such an individual-so to speak-would be placed in customer care. He should be placed cleaning a cesspool. Do not go to that bank and avoid that teller at all costs.
