Having the home mortgaged, they have made me sign papers twice with different amounts than those we agreed on in the monthly mortgage, changing these from one day to the next having already signed the agreement with them.
Since I pay the mortgage every month (logically), they still pass it through the bank where I am and not this one, because as I said, even if I want to change to this bank they are more than two months late.
In short, when I communicated the overwhelming logic to the director, she told me that I should have told her before and that I had to redo all the papers, for the third time, and to improve it, without informing me how much I would have to pay (another once again) for the apartment, he told me that I had to pay for the appraisal of my home, and that if not, he would report me.
I have no problem paying the amount of the expert report, the problem is that they have been making me dizzy for months to change the damn bank, I have given all the papers there is and there is and they do not do their job. If they do not prepare the papers correctly, without lying about the amounts from one day to the next and do not do their job, I am not going to pay for an expert report that they have forced me to do and that is of no use to me.
To this day I am still waiting for the correct papers to sign and in the middle of the month I will pay the bank for the apartment again, they are informed. Furthermore, the director threatens not to file my paperwork until I pay for the expert report without even knowing how much I have to pay in monthly mortgage to switch to this bank.
