I have been with BBVA since 2015 and I have always been happy and satisfied. Since I changed my account to the Lloseta bank, I don't like it at all when it comes to customer service.
In January I went to the bank to look for information about a mortgage, they gave me an email to contact. Since then, emails and WhatsApp messages have been sent. The seen nailed and without response. On the other hand, when I was in Santa Ponsa they answered me immediately and even sent reminders about insurance charges, etc. A shame.
You have to wait too long, there is little staff and you need an appointment to do any cashier procedure unless you go before 11:00 AM. I believe that we have the right to receive the best treatment without waiting from those who work with our money. I hope they change the rules and treat customers as if each one were special.

They don't want to open an account if you don't buy life insurance. What a shame to lose clients like that.
