I want to congratulate Daniel and Tamara for the attention and service, in the time I have been there I have seen how they have attended to several people with great patience, kindness and without losing their smile. They accompanied people to the ATM even to explain a simple procedure, not all of us are good with technology and their treatment is appreciated. They solved a problem for me in a very short time.
The bank manager is unpresentable. With the supposed window hours after hours, they do not change the money that the ATM does not accept. They don't give you solutions if your schedules are not compatible with their schedules… Well yes, their solution is for you to go on vacation, a totally logical answer, yes.
To give me a new notebook if he opens the window, yes, but in a bad way, throwing the notebooks at me on the table. And saying goodbye with a you're welcome huh. As if I had to thank him for a pitiful job he's done. That he has not even given me the updated notebook.
Previous weeks none of the 2 ATMs were working and instead of depositing the money from the window, when there was no one in the bank. They decide to tell me the two branches closest to theirs to deposit the money.

Today, I went to do a procedure, and besides looking at me as if I had some mental problem and with contempt, it was of zero help to me. Because maybe what I was asking didn't exist or wasn't appropriate, but there are ways and means of saying it, and not making a person feel like they don't have two brains. Anyway, SUPER NASTY. So I am forced to change my previous rating.
