Finally a branch where they work well. After going to the office on Paseo de Almería (better not even try) and to the one on Avda. Mediterráneo (that is not a customer service office as there is no cash register), there I was able to make the deposit into an account of their entity. What I found strange is that if the income included a concept they charged me a commission but if I didn't include it, nothing. It is appreciated that at least they informed me beforehand. Like every year I have to do this operation, I now know where to go so as not to have problems.

I am modifying my review because they have finally provided me with the documentation quickly and efficiently. I don't give 5 stars because the in-person service times are long and overwhelmed, more staff would be needed in the office. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Today, January 4, 2023, I was at the office to get a piece of paper on my account number and without knowing if it was a certificate or a simple piece of paper, they asked me for €14 per certificate before explaining that they could give me a piece of paper with my name and My account number has been giving me a long time and even when I was at the window a lady from a table came to claim me. Is it that the colleague at the window doesn't know what she has to do? and the options that you have to solve the procedure that I need I have been with BBVA for about 13 years and entering my payroll there and I do not think I need the lady at the table to speak to me arrogantly and without wanting to solve anything for anyone without seeing anyone in office. They closed my office on Manuel Azaña street, where they treated me wonderfully, to leave me with this office full of uneducated people, they should fire all these people for mistreating BBVA customers.

Very bad manners and treatment by an employee (with a beard) to inform that at eleven in the morning you cannot withdraw money at the counter and that is what it is. There are people who, due to their work or other needs, cannot go before eleven o'clock. According to the employee, it is something that is done in all banks and it is not true since Cajamar, which is right across the street, has cashier hours from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This makes me wonder why I am still in this bank. With the layer of covid 19 we want to cover many of the company's deficiencies when in many of them it is working 100% with users without so much fear. I imagine that just as you have customers queuing on the street, you will not enter a bar for breakfast or ride a public service for that same reason. Of shame.
