We went on August 16 at 12:15 p.m. to the BBVA office located in Suances, a girl at the first table waits on us, she doesn't even say good morning when we're going to sit down, she literally tells us that it's good that we tell her quickly that He cannot attend to us since at 12 he should have left. After giving us several cuts and bad answers, we decided to request a claim form which tells us that he does not know where it is and that if we want to talk to the branch manager that he will come in a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING AND OF COURSE I WILL END UP MAKING THE CLAIM.
The change of staff in recent months is noticeable. They empathize with the customer. They facilitate each management and resolution. They are very nice.

It doesn't seem right to me that they make you wait in the cashier's booth, having a waiting room with some seats inside.
