People sleeping in the ATM everything smelling terrible and on top of that with junk everywhere. They should have some control. Because I needed to take out but otherwise I didn't even go in. Either they put in a tough cashier or they make sure they don't leave a mess.
I am not surprised by the bad evaluation of this bank. I called a few weeks ago explaining my problem, the girl did some checks or so she told me and that her partner would call me... When I didn't receive the call I went to the office and she told me to wait for the call because she couldn't do anything. When I call this morning they tell me that they have no record that I have called or gone, when the girl looks at my documentation she says that she called this bank and now it is not my branch that has changed to an online branch ((when I do not I have changed the office, it must have been them not to work)) the truth is that the guy from the online office was a success, a professional and decisive
The ATM does not work on weekends, it has already been 5 times that I need to use it. The screen is blank and does not take the card. How sad to be a BBVA customer and not be able to use the ATM in your neighborhood. Of pity.

We have been with BBVA for 6 years, in the same branch and we are very happy.
Very fast and correct procedures, even when it is clear that more staff are needed in the branch, they do everything they can and always find time to be able to serve us as soon as possible.
I have not seen a worse bank in my life, 4 calls asking for an appointment and their only answer is okay, we will call you later... And they never call, you show up there and they tell you we cannot assist you without an appointment. We cannot withdraw all the money from the bank if you do not notify us in advance in an appointment. They scam you by charging you 150 euros when you are under 30 years old and their law stipulates that they do not charge you ahh but you had to have an email address in the bank that is why they charged you... The complaint and consumer claim that they are going to take It's going to be gigantic.
