I subscribe to everything stated in the reviews. Disastrous treatment, the director Montse does not make things easy for you, she does not answer the phone or answer your emails. As long as you do the accounts and contract products, it's nice once you do it, they are banking and the client is a product, it's nothing. Education is what is missing
FLAMES AND FLAMES!!! by phone and they never catch it! When it comes to making an appointment online, they tell you that "currently they cannot be requested", you call BBVA customer service and they tell you to contact your office, which is impossible! Definitely, I'm leaving that bank!!!
