In the last year:
-They closed my branch.
-They fired my advisor.
- They charged me commissions worth 100 euros a year.
- On up to 3 occasions I have gone to close my account and after confirming the closure, after a few days it was still there, sending me charges that generated an overdraft.
Yesterday I went and after 1 hour of waiting in line in which I saw horrendous situations with other customers, they serve me. Just an open box. The operator with doubts in each operation, the salesperson reluctantly helping her, making her wait to assist her, constantly interrupting the progress of the queue. The director moving on from what she had set up. I questioned whether he had closed the account, thank goodness he had signed the closing of it.
Disregard for the customer, especially retirees.
Lack of staff.
Abusive commissions.
Superb employees who inexplicably defend tooth and nail an entity whose only aim with its policies is to put them on the street sooner rather than later.
BBVA never again.
We talked about the telephone assistance service another day.

Placing an ATM outside does not solve the problem we have when depositing a significant amount outside of cashier hours, due to the large number of people passing through that street.
This is not the first time we have commented on this situation and we have not been given any solution in this regard.
We will take a safer alternative. Don't hesitate.
Worst experience possible, you go to get information to work with them, they make you wait half an hour and then they don't even have the slightest detail to answer your few questions, they only have you come back another time. LAUGHTER. I will not return there, nor will I ever recommend it.
I went with a problem of not having the physical card and I was referred to another ATM two kilometers away, not informing me that I could withdraw money with my account at the same ATM, using the user. Every day they deserve everything that is happening to these unqualified personnel.
