I'm still without cards, two months, when I understand that today 48 hours to receive a card at home are enough.
Not only with that, I find myself with a card that I cannot use, don't ask me why, nor can I access the bank's application because my identity has been phished, for this they do recognize that there is identity theft.
They tell me again to go to a Bbva office, which, by the way, with how unhelpful and inefficient the people who work in these are, I don't know why they exist.
I show up there, nothing, the same guy as the manager, in short I spent 3 months without being able to access my bank application, in these 3 months, I called 40 BBVA numbers that didn't solve anything for me either.
A very old-fashioned bank, which solves problems in a very slow and ineffective way.

We made another complaint, and they told us that the card would arrive in 48 hours, lie, false, lie after lie and deception after deception.
Now it says in the application that it will arrive on May 12, scary, another 3 months without a card and depending on my parents, who fortunately can help me.
But another person in my situation dies because they paralyze his life and don't give him any solution.
